Open Educational Resources are freely available online for use by anyone, but these resources fall under different licenses.

The different types of licenses are:
By attribution: Give credit, and use as needed.....as long as it's not for profit.
Noncommercial: Share as needed, but don't profit from it.
No Derivative Works: Copy and redistribute, but don't make any changes.
Share alike: Whatever changes you make must also be shared under the same guidelines.
